These conditions apply to the internet sale of Aquaprove. By completing the procedure prescribed on the website (the “Website” procedure) you accept these conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. In these conditions means “e-mail” in writing. The sale will be realized by the completion of the procedure site. We reserve the right to only deliver to private individuals for their own use. Resale by buyer is prohibited though buyer might share Aquaprove with his group of travelers during an expedition.
Prices
All prices are listed on the website and include VAT. Prices can change until the time of completion of the website procedure. Shipping costs as described in the website process will be added.
Payment
Payment is made in advance as described in the website process. Payment is only complete when we have received the amount on our PayPal account.
Delivery
Delivery takes place when we have received the payment. We deliver goods to the site you specified in the procedure within the address on the website specified term. However, we are not liable for the consequences of exceeding this period.
Withdrawal (for private buyers in EUR1* countries)
It is not possible to cancel a sale after payment has been made.
Liability
We are not liable only for defects in materials. We are not liable for any costs or damages (including consequential damages), as a direct or indirect result of use of Aquaprove and non-delivery or late of goods. You release us from any liability and will indemnify us from all claims and I of third parties.
Rights of Industrial Property
Aquaprove is manufactured by Duka Production Ltd. it retains the ownership and copyright of all far stretched software, drawings, specifications and other data.
Deviations
Deviations from these terms and conditions shall apply only where an e-mail by us confirmed.
